What is MDF?

MDF is an engineered wood product formed using wood fibre that are compress and bonded under high temperature and pressure. Most of my painted letters are made using MDF. It's ideal for painting and gives the smoothest finish.

I'd like freestanding letters. What size thickness is best?

The best size is 18mm. This allows the letters to be freestanding.

How long does it take to make my letters?

On average from 2-8 weeks. But urgent rush orders can be completed sooner if needed.
